World Experience in the Formation of Agroparks and Aspects of Its Impact on Economic Development

In modern times, ensuring food security, developing agriculture, increasing employment levels, and reducing carbon emissions are of strategic importance in countries around the world. In this context, approaches to the development of these areas have been created based on the interests of present and future generations. Taking these factors into account, the article proposes to improve the world experience of creating agricultural parks and determine the aspects of their impact on economic development in countries. Theories and experiments related to this application are being researched in many countries of the world. Basic definitions of current approaches to agricultural parks are summarized. In addition, suggestions are made for the creation and development of agricultural parks. The role of agriculture in countries is specifically analyzed, its impact on population employment is determined, and the role of technological innovations in this process is revealed. In particular, the characteristics of agropark formation are determined regionally rather than nationwide. According to the green economy theory, the activity directions of agricultural parks are determined by focusing on carbon emissions, recycling and mainly organic product production. In order to understand the essence of agricultural parks, it is recommended to focus not on the definition of elements but on the clustering nature of the relationships between these elements. At the same time, it is recommended that regional characteristics be identified in the formation of agricultural parks and improvement guidelines be implemented by taking these into account.
