The ten-semester article presents the essence and features of shaping a green social environment in the sustainable development of social well-being. In the article forms and mechanisms of connection between sustainable social development and the green social environment are examined. Methodology for the composition of indicators of a green social environment and models for assessment of its influence on the sustainable development of social well-being are considered. Mechanisms for organization and management of the green social environment to sustainable social development are reported. Scientific and theoretical basis of prospects of a green social environment in Azerbaijan for improvement of social well-being is given.
