In a world where technology has been constantly evolving exponentially, followed by the increase in connected devices, society has shown itself to be submissive to technologies, and there has been a great increase in cybersecurity vulnerability on the part of people and entities, thus constituting an increased number of cyberattacks, since they do not know how to protect themselves properly, or are unaware of the best practices to implement to make a system more secure and avoid being targets of attacks. Thus, it becomes important to find a way to mitigate these attacks, thus implementing emerging trends such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain and the Internet of Things (IoT), in order to somehow mitigate security vulnerabilities. In this context, this study’s main objective is to analyze the current cybersecurity scenario, identifying emerging trends and innovative approaches that can effectively mitigate cyber risks. Furthermore, it seeks to assess the challenges involved in implementing security measures in organizations, considering both technological and strategic aspects, to strengthen digital resilience and ensure the protection of data and systems.
