In the course of the project control, the collected actual data (“As-Is” values) are compared with the results of the previous planning (“Planned” values), indicating and treating deviations from the planning. In six sections, the importance of project controlling and execution in various environments are highlighted, the art of tracking project progress including progress reporting and information exchange are discussed, and finally trend systems and change management processes are detailed and explained.
