In recent years, remote work has expanded, allowing individuals to perform their activities from anywhere. In addition, in international environments, communication is often conducted primarily in English. This can be challenging for non-native English speakers who lack work experience that would familiarize them with professional communication protocols. Therefore, the purpose of this work is to develop a mobile application that, through simulated scenarios and generative artificial intelligence, allows users to practice and improve their professional communication skills in English, especially in email writing, offering feedback on grammar and tone. To achieve this objective, three technologies were integrated: Flutter, Amazon Web Services, and the Sapling API. The results show mixed impact on usability, as users without experience obtained 60.16 points (grade D) in the System Usability Scale test, while those with work experience achieved 64.83 points (grade C), and experts rated the solution with more than 86% in the Usefulness, Satisfaction, and Ease of Use test. In this context, potential improvements with respect to accessibility for novice users were identified.

摘要
