In addition to major projects, often subject to intense public debate, a multitude of smaller projects influence mobility. For a number of reasons, some of them quite understandable, evaluation practice has focused on the first category of interventions. However, minor projects, or micro-projects, could also benefit from rigorous evaluation. The aim of this contribution is to examine methods used for evaluating mobility-related micro-projects. It aims at projects whose size is such that they generally escape mandatory evaluation. The paper reviews the practice based on more than 30 evaluations. It shows that there are many issues in the way these evaluations are performed and concludes on the specificity of micro projects evaluation.

摘要
