Optimizing Public Transport Through Smart Urban Planning and Data-Driven Solutions
摘要
The OPTI-UP project - Optimising and greening Public Transport networks through Integration with Urban Planning and data-driven approaches - aims to optimise public transport (PT) networks in small and medium-sized cities in Central Europe through integration with urban planning and data-driven approaches. This innovative approach considers the interdependent relationship between land use and transport and recognises the importance of data-driven decision-making in public transport planning. The aim of the project is to improve public transport in the 6 pilot cities by analysing their status in terms of public transport operations and planning. Through the utilization of transport and land use models, the project will explore and evaluate various future PT improvement scenarios.
