Minimally Invasive Aortic Valve Surgery
摘要
Minimally invasive aortic valve replacement (MIAVR) has emerged as a safe and effective technique. Reduced surgical trauma and faster recovery make this approach increasingly appealing. In this chapter, we outline the various minimally invasive techniques in aortic valve surgery, discussing their advantages and disadvantages. We also cover rapid deployment valves that have advanced MIAVR and the rise of transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) as the least invasive method available.
