The Neuroradiological Society of Taiwan
摘要
The Neuroradiological Society of Taiwan (hereinafter referred to as NRST) was founded by professor Tsuen Chang in 1995. After almost 30 years of development, NRST has about 460 members with 320 active members. NRST has four main subspecialties, including brain, head/neck, spine, and intervention. NRST had held several important congresses in the past and included AOCNHNR in 1997, AAFITN in 2008, SNR/AOCNR in 2018. The main purposes of NRST are to enhance the teaching and research of neuroradiology and increasing its international visibility, aspiring to keep pace with advanced countries around the world. In addition to these achievements, the society has also promoted neuroradiology interventional treatments in response to the rapid development of minimally invasive neurovascular interventions. Another important purpose of NRST is to provide the resources and to recruit young members to attend international meeting, to actively involve in advanced research and article publication.
