This chapter examines the implementation of green public procurement in individual countries from a comparative perspective. It identifies the key stages of green public procurement implementation and also identifies the key factors that influence implementation. It identifies key theories that can explain the heterogeneity not only between the groups of countries we refer to as the global south and global north, but also within individual groups of countries. This chapter is based on a synthesis of the previous country chapters.

This chapter examines the implementation of green public procurement in individual countries from a comparative perspective.
