Concluding Remarks
摘要
Algeria, a country of “multiple vocations” (dixit Ahmed Ben Bella, the country’s first President), with its historical legacy, aspires to be an actor that has his word to say on regional and international arenas, and this status quest is the leitmotiv of a multifaceted diplomatic and geostrategic deployment, allowing to identify and locate Algeria as one of the voices in the Global South, a country of constructive moderation, in a world where regional and middle powers are more and more active, in an increasingly multipolar order.
