The article analyses current fuzzy models of intelligent decision support systems for situational control of complex technical objects and considers models classification. The problem of inefficiency of using traditional models for managing complex technical objects has been identified. It is associated with constant dynamic changes in environmental conditions and high risks of accidents in the operation of such facilities. The article solves the problem of overcoming the limitations of existing management models of complex technical objects by developing a new type of fuzzy models – fuzzy situational- precedent model. They integrate situational control and a case-based approach and, compared with traditional models, make it possible to make more informed decisions when managing complex technical objects. The article describes the main stages of the method of construction, use and adaptation a fuzzy situational-precedent model. The architecture and algorithm of an intelligent decision support system using the proposed model have been developed.

摘要
