In the field of medicine, biomolecules play an important role. Whether it is for the detection of any disease or the discovery of any new substance. Biosensors do detection of biomolecules. MOSFET-based biosensors are used as they are more effective for detecting the biomolecules. The proposed sensor structure is observed for performance parameters such as potential, current density and electric field by varying the concentrations of the charged biomolecules and the channel doping is uniform since the sensor is junctionless and the doping is kept at 1 × 1016 cm−3. By observing the change in the concentration, one can detect the type of biomolecules.
