This chapter presents various polarization measurement methods using Mueller or Jones matrix based on OCT. It is shown that the Jones matrix can be used to describe optical fields rather than intensities due to the coherent detection scheme implemented in OCT. The prospects of OCT polarization technology in biomedicine are discussed.
