Sometimes maintaining the secrecy of a message's contents is insufficient. It can also be required to conceal the message's presence. A color JPG image is used as a cover for an audio file in the new method. Adaptive picture segmentation and filtering have been utilized. This idea is grounded in both statistical and visual methodologies. To make it more difficult to breach the encrypted three layers of high security have been proposed. MPVD and LSB substitution are used after encryption and compression. In MPVD, rasterically composed 3 3 and 2 2 blocks or adaptive non-overlapping 3^3-pixel blocks are used. Through the combination of arithmetic compression and MPVD, it is empirically proven that the suggested method significantly increased embedding capacity and allowed for the embedding of 214,132 more bits compared to existing methods. The combined use of arithmetic coding and MPVD led to a 25% increase in embedding capacity over the previous techniques.
