Analyze some of the clinical presentation for recurrent post-transplant glomerulonephritis, its diagnosis, clinical implications for the patient and allograft, histologic features, and therapy. An in-depth discussion of selected cases will be provided, highlighting their clinical presentation, corresponding pathological findings, therapy and prognosis.
