Non-HLA Antibody-Mediated Rejection
摘要
This chapter analyzes some of the antibody-mediated rejection presentation spectrum, including subclinical and active forms and evaluate their clinical implications, histologic features, contributing factors, and immunosuppression management. We will provide an in-depth discussion of selected cases, highlighting their clinical presentations and corresponding pathological findings. This chapter also includes discussion about the limitations of conventional diagnostic tests currently in use and the role of biomarkers and molecular signatures for early detection of graft injury.
