Electrochemical Exfoliation-Driven Graphene/ITO Sensors Toward UA, DA, and AA Detection
摘要
A simple and environmentally friendly method was employed to fabricate graphene-modified indium tin oxide electrochemical sensor (GP/ITO) using electrophoretic deposition. The resulting GP/ITO sensor exhibited significantly enhanced electrochemical performance toward the simultaneous detection of ascorbic acid (AA), dopamine (DA), and uric acid (UA) with low detection limits of 2.42 μM for AA, 0.69 μM for DA, and 0.65 μM for UA, along with high sensitivity and good selectivity, making it promising for practical biomedical applications.
