The research collected primary data through a survey conducted among 106 managers working in both state-owned and private financial institutions in Iraq. The study employed advanced statistical techniques, including Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), conducted in AMOS v. 25, to analyze the data and test hypotheses. Relationships are hypothesized in the research model. However, it was established that such a relationship could only be fully mediated by the presence of certain entrepreneurial skills, among them being creative, able to manage risks, as well as spot and capitalize on business opportunities thus serving as a link that turns technological pros into vitally significant cons of innovation, which are taken into consideration by organizations. The SEM analysis supported the overall model's validity, as indicated by the good fit indexes, such as CFI and RMSEA, which confirmed the proposed theoretical background. This paper stresses combining artificial leadership and entrepreneurial abilities to encourage continuous development in the competitive banking sector. The research provides some recommendations that may be useful for policymakers and leaders of financial organizations in developing countries on investment in digital and human resources for overcoming problems that appear because of new technologies, and in this way, remain competitive in the market.

摘要
