The Degree of Palestinian Universities’ Use of Artificial Intelligence in Developing Administrative Work and its Relationship to Certain Variables
摘要
This study aimed to identify the degree to which Palestinian universities use artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance administrative work. The study employed the descriptive analytical method and developed a questionnaire consisting of (30) items distributed across three domains, to measure the level of AI integration in administrative development. The tool was administered to a sample of (70) academic administrative leaders. The findings revealed that the level of AI use in developing administrative work in Palestinian universities was high, with a relative weight of (68.30%). The results also showed no significant differences based on gender. However, statistically significant differences were found according to academic rank in favor of associate professors and above, and years of service in favor of those with more than (15) years of experience. The study recommended strengthening investment in AI technologies within Palestinian universities, offering specialized training programs for faculty and administrative staff, and encouraging scientific research related to AI applications in higher education.
