Services provided by the Social Welfare and Public Pension Fund (SWPPF) are essential governmental functions rooted in equity, impartiality, and transparency. Administering these services entails managing extensive and sensitive information, which raises significant problems around data privacy and security. This research aims to understand the current landscape of AI adoption in SWPPF in GCC countries. The primary objective is to develop an AI framework that enables policymakers and administrators to integrate AI-driven analytics into SWPPF systems. The research followed a qualitative approach by interviewing personnel representing SWPPF organisations in GCC countries to share their experience and insights on the application of AI in their workplaces, the obstacles, and potential solutions. The findings reveal that despite the noticeable variation in AI implementation among GCC countries, they share common challenges related to the infrastructure, regulations, and skill gap. The research contributes to the literature and practice by proposing a comprehensively, ethical, flexible, and need-based framework that aligns with the socio-religious context of the GCC countries. The framework outlines the pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation elements of AI integration in SWPPF systems. It acts as a roadmap for developing and managing sustainable AI-driven analytics. The proposed framework aims to facilitate decision-making, enhance SWPPF services, and promote AI innovations.

摘要
