Development of Artificial Intelligence for Complex Objects of the Oil and Gas Industry Based on Self-Assembly of a Unified Artificial Immune System with Endocrine Regulation of Homeostasis
摘要
The work is devoted to the most urgent problem of today's intellectualization of industrial production based on modern innovative approaches and artificial intelligence technologies that have been rapidly developing in recent years. The prospects for using bioinspired approaches simulating certain functions of the human and mammalian body in complex science-intensive industries are of great interest in the global scientific community, which is confirmed by the growth of publication activity in this area. The proposed studies consider the issue of creating a bioinspired intelligent technology for the control and diagnostics of equipment for complex objects in the oil and gas industry based on the self-assembly of a unified artificial immune system with endocrine regulation of homeostasis, efficient processing of dynamic multidimensional production data and forecasting the behavior of the system. An example of the endocrine subsystem operation based on the endocrine-neural algorithm is given. The technology is tested on simulators of real industrial equipment from Schneider Electric and Honeywell at the Kazakh-British Technical University using production data from existing installations of Karachaganak Petroleum Operating and TengizChevroil.
