Service providers are changing, their supply chain is expanding, and libraries are also joining these networks. The transformation of libraries into leisure centers is a natural emerging trend, so the service perspectives of these organizations are closely related to the assessment of the organization of consumer services. The user is the main priority of any organization providing leisure services, so the assessment of the organization of leisure services from the consumer's point of view has a significant impact on the adaptation of innovations and changes in the organization of leisure services.
