A friendly physical environment can be understood as an environment that is conducive to physical activity: i.e. running, walking, cycling, performing strength exercises. The most problematic area of the friendly infrastructure sector is urban transport. In addition to the threat of climate change, the huge consumption of fossil fuels for everyday transport in cities causes many negative social consequences and harms the local environment. The whole world is trying to seek knowledge and gain experience in improving the quality of bicycle infrastructure planning in their country, so that this would help create spaces that are as friendly as possible for people and would provide the opportunity to use environmentally friendly means of transport, such as bicycles. The relevance of scientific research determines the pursuit of creating such a system that would ensure the possibility of free, safe and comfortable movement both within the country and abroad, in compliance with all environmental standards and requirements. The efficiency and innovation of the transport system, creating added value, is the basis for competitiveness, which contributes to sustainable development and sustainable growth.
