The impact of digital solutions on retail companies is significant and diverse, but it also poses a number of challenges. Thanks to digital technologies, companies quickly adapt to market changes and increase their competitive advantages. Successfully implemented innovations increase the competitiveness and flexibility of the company in a rapidly changing market. The study identified several problems encountered in warehousing production. These include incorrectly labeled goods, human factor errors, and a lack of digital solutions. Based on the results of the study, it is proposed to solve these problems by implementing digital solutions. Technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and robotics enable companies to not only streamline warehousing processes but also ensure faster customer service and reduce the likelihood of errors recurring. However, before implementing digital solutions, companies must assess the benefits and challenges.
