Coastal zones are highly dynamic environments shaped by diverse natural and anthropogenic influences, requiring robust tools to predict shoreline evolution and support informed decision-making for coastal management and engineering. Current coastal morphodynamics models operate across varying spatial and temporal scales, addressing specific processes such as cross-shore, longshore, or a simplified combination of those processes. However, a unified system that integrates these diverse modeling approaches remains absent, limiting their accessibility and application versatility. To address this gap, the Coastal Management and Engineering Group at IHCantabria has developed IH-SET (IH-Shoreline Evolution Tools), an open-source, user-friendly software for simulating coastal processes. IH-SET incorporates a suite of state-of-the-art models, including static equilibrium beach profile and planform models, equilibrium-based shoreline evolution models (EBSEM), oneline models, and hybrid approaches. Its modular structure allows users to input site-specific data and select appropriate models for analyzing and predicting shoreline behavior under various natural and human-induced scenarios. This paper introduces the IH-SET system, highlighting its flexibility and applicability in coastal engineering. To illustrate the applicability of the integrated models, case studies will be showcased, including Tairua Beach in New Zealand for shoreline evolution analysis, and Narrabeen Beach in Australia for adjusting static equilibrium expressions in planform shape and beach profile.

摘要
