The research aims to explore how human resource management technology strategies strengthen financial institutions’ competitive advantage when facing dynamic environmental challenges. The study analyzed the effects of different HR strategies such as human resource planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation systems, and performance evaluation on organizational performance enhancement and adaptability to economic and technological changes. The investigation utilized descriptive-analytical methods to examine relevant literature on human resource management technology practices and their impacts on financial institutions. Organizations need to implement effective human resource strategies because they help improve work efficiency and create stronger capabilities for surviving competitive markets. The research recognized several challenges that arose during strategy execution such as organizational resistance to change alongside problems adapting to global economic trends. The study demonstrates that institutions must adopt adaptable and proficient human resource technology practices to successfully meet upcoming challenges while maintaining their strategic goals.
