摘要
This research seeks to examine the interplay between education and human capital investment, both of which serve as essential foundations for attaining sustainable economic development. It addresses the significance of education in cultivating human capital and promoting economic growth, with an emphasis on the various factors that affect human resource development and the critical nature of investing in human capital within the Arab economy. Additionally, the research reviews the experiences of Arab nations in this domain, evaluating models from countries including the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt, and Tunisia, to assess the effects of educational policies on economic advancement. Employing a descriptive analytical methodology, the study investigates the impact of educational investment on economic growth through a review of existing literature and the analysis of pertinent data. It also highlights Saudi Arabia's endeavors in human capital investment and its contribution to realizing the Kingdom's Vision 2030, while underscoring the challenges encountered in human capital investment within Saudi organizations. The findings of the study affirm that education is a pivotal element in fostering sustainable economic development, as it enhances skills, boosts productivity, and improves the competitiveness of nations. The findings of the study indicated that nations that successfully allocate resources toward human capital experience elevated rates of economic growth. Others Arab nations face challenges because of poor educational outcomes and a misalignment between education and the labor market's demands.
