The Role of Strategic Objectives in Enhancing Organizational Performance: An Analytical Study in the Contemporary Work Environment Technology

The study is conducted to determine the effect of strategic objective formulation and strategic human resource management on organizational performance within organizations. This aimed to assess the variance between conventional and strategic human resource management regarding the strategic objectives that organizations create to pursue sustainability and achieve success in the long run. The study has proved that strategic objectives are fundamental in directing organizations toward making them successful and about achieving sustainability under changing work conditions. It also indicated that both human as well as technological core competencies of an organization play a critical role in supporting the strategic objectives of an organization towards organizational excellence in light of modern technology. Furthermore, this balance brings together both sides of strategic and operational objectives ensuring they flow into each other relating over the long period with efficient execution in daily tasks. It equally turned out that moving from conventional Human Resource Management to Strategic Management offers Organizations advantages regarding responsiveness to changes in their environment for effective implementation of strategic objectives. From these findings, the study recommended that organizations align strategic objectives with operational goals so that a clear vision can be provided and an integrated framework which contributes to optimal performance is created. Also, it underscored developing and strengthening core capabilities in the human as well as technological fields by means of continuous training plus investment in modern technologies for organizational efficiency.
