The objective of the study is to explore how strategic intelligence contributes to enhancing institutional performance and achieving competitive advantage in modern work environments. It examined the correlation between this type of intelligence, effective decision-making, and leadership development. The research operated under the assumption that strategic intelligence plays a crucial role in improving organizational efficiency, particularly in relation to institutions that utilize it to adapt effectively to rapidly changing environmental conditions. Employing a descriptive and analytical methodology for data collection and analysis, the study aimed to derive scientifically valid conclusions concerning the relationships between strategic intelligence and organizational effectiveness indicators. The results indicated that the implementation of strategic intelligence practices significantly improves the efficiency of administrative decision-making, supports organizational adaptability, and promotes a culture of innovation and excellence within institutions. It advocates for the investment in developing strategic intelligence skills among leaders and managers, which can be realized through thoughtfully crafted training programs and a supportive organizational environment that encourages strategic thinking.
