The objective of the study was to ascertain the influence of entrepreneurial leadership—characterized by its dimensions of proactiveness, strategic vision, creativity, and risk-taking—on the enhancement of organizational excellence, which encompasses human resource excellence, organizational structure excellence, and organizational culture excellence, within commercial banks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To fulfill the aims of the study, a descriptive-analytical methodology was utilized. The population under investigation comprised employees occupying senior and middle management roles within commercial banks located in the Riyadh region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A questionnaire served as the instrument for data collection, with 227 completed questionnaires analyzed, reflecting approximately 90.4% of those distributed. Findings from the study indicated that entrepreneurial leadership, the independent variable, was rated at a high level, whereas organizational excellence, the dependent variable, was assessed at a moderate level. Furthermore, the results demonstrated a statistically significant effect of entrepreneurial leadership, along with its dimensions (proactiveness, strategic vision, creativity, and risk-taking), on the enhancement of organizational excellence, which includes its dimensions (human resource excellence, organizational structure excellence, and organizational culture excellence) within commercial banks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In light of these findings, the study suggested that leaders in entrepreneurship ought to develop a clear and ambitious vision for the bank that aligns with strategic objectives and future aspirations. This vision must be both inspiring and pragmatic, rooted in a comprehensive analysis of the market.
