The Impact of Digital Transformation on the Quality of Retail Banking Services

The objective of this study is to assess the influence of digital transformation on the quality of retail banking services provided by the Arab International Bank. To accomplish its goals, the study employed a descriptive-analytical methodology, with the entire employee base of the Arab International Bank serving as the study population. The findings revealed a statistically significant effect of digital transformation—encompassing dimensions such as digital infrastructure, digital leadership, digital operations, and digital environment—on the quality of retail banking services, which includes aspects like tangibility, reliability, and security. In light of the results, several recommendations were made, the most critical being that the Arab International Bank should prioritize information security by implementing cutting-edge technologies, including advanced encryption and multi-factor authentication, to safeguard customer data effectively.
