The study seeks to investigate the effects of digital transformation on employee performance within financial exchange organizations. Utilizing a descriptive-analytical approach, the researchers focused on the entire workforce of the company, which comprised 351 employees. The findings demonstrated that the level of digital transformation in the financial exchange firm was high, whereas employee performance was assessed as moderate. Additionally, the results highlighted the positive influence of various dimensions of digital transformation—namely digital strategy, digital technology, and digital culture—on improving employee performance across its different facets, including performance quality, workload, and commitment. In light of these findings, several recommendations were proposed, with the most significant being the necessity for ongoing training for employees on contemporary technologies and available digital tools. This encompasses instruction on automated exchange platforms, transaction management systems, and the utilization of financial analytics tools.
