The topic of the impact of human resources management and its strategies in enhancing the organization's performance is considered an important topic for decision makers, researchers and those interested in human resources. In order to understand this role, we must first know what human resources strategies are and how they contribute to raising the efficiency of organizational performance by presenting a set of concepts related to this topic and presenting human resources strategies that have proven successful in raising and increasing organizational performance. The study community included all employees in intermediate and secondary schools in the General Directorate of Education in Baghdad/Al-Karkh I, where a random sample (100) of teachers from the aforementioned schools was taken and 100 questionnaires were distributed to them to collect information and data, all of which were retrieved and then analyzed using a set of statistical methods. The aim of the research is to study the impact of human resources management strategy in its dimensions (attraction and appointment, compensation systems, training and development, employee participation) on organizational performance. The research concluded that most of the sample members do not agree in their answers in terms of their degree of agreement with the objective paragraphs of the questionnaire in order to measure the degree of their inclination towards the strategy of the schools to which they belong in order to achieve the mission and goals of the organization. The research came out with a number of recommendations, including working diligently to raise the level of performance and determining accurate standards for comparing performance on an ongoing basis in order to reach the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness.
