The paper considers the possibility of integrated use of the resources of the Tyulgan deposit (red and white clays, as well as lignite) for the production of ceramic bricks with improved properties. The relevance of the study is due to the shortage of high-quality clay raw materials in the construction industry and the need to recycle mining waste. Using differential thermal analysis, the thermal transformations of the raw materials of the samples were studied, the key temperature points of dehydration, destruction of organic impurities and the formation of new mineral phases were determined. It has been established that red clay provides the basis of the ceramic mass due to its high strength and sintering ability, white clay acts as a modifying additive that improves plasticity and reduces the firing temperature, and brown coal contributes to the formation of a porous structure and improves the thermal insulation properties of bricks. The findings of the study confirm the possibility of creating energy-efficient and environmentally friendly technologies for the production of ceramic bricks based on local raw materials, which makes it possible to solve economic and environmental problems associated with a shortage of raw materials and waste disposal.

摘要
