Current Trends in Industrial Complex Design in the Context of Sustainable Architecture
摘要
In the Russian Federation, the concept of sustainable development is supported at the state level. The need for greening industrial enterprises, including decarbonization, has become a necessity in modern conditions. The paper identifies the main trends aimed at greening the enterprise. Energy-efficient projects of enterprises have been applied in order to reduce energy consumption. Methods and solutions: the use of energy-efficient thermal insulation materials, the introduction of architectural and structural solutions to regulate the effects of solar heat and indoor air; the use of energy-saving glass; automatic devices for opening anti-aircraft lights; the use of modern intelligent technologies that reduce the amount of energy consumed; as well as the recovery of water, heat, and technical waste; the transition to alternative energy sources. Creation of a set of measures: the use of natural, environmentally friendly construction materials in the decoration of facades and interiors. Reducing the traffic load on the site. The use of efficient sewage treatment plants and equipment. “Ecological tourism” is aimed at demonstrating the environmental safety and attractiveness of the enterprise, including excursions, exhibitions, shops at the enterprise. The trend of “getting closer to a person” is related to architecture. The aesthetics and tectonics of the architectural appearance of an industrial enterprise cease to bear the mark of alienation and rigid belonging to industrial architecture.
