Preparation of Cement-Ground Mixture for Installation of Pile Foundations
摘要
The subject of the study is the method of mechanical activation of soil, which reduces cement consumption and improves the strength characteristics of cement-based piles. A probabilistically deterministic method of conducting experimental research is formulated. The results of analytical and experimental studies are presented. Practical recommendations for mechanical activation of soils by drilling and mixing method are given. The influence of the amount of cement on the strength of cement-based piles is considered. The reason for the change in the brittleness coefficient of the material has been determined. The grinding time of the material has been determined, after which a special mechanical activation effect occurs. The effect of soil grinding on a significant increase in the strength of the resulting material is shown. The increase in the frost resistance of the material after the addition of a surfactant to it in order to intensify the formation of new crystalline bonds is analyzed.
