Organizational and Technological Solutions in the Management of Construction Projects Considering Environmental Risks
摘要
A long-term development of the construction industry, as well as many others, cannot be effective without the application of the provisions of project management theory, where uncertainty mitigation holds one of the most important positions. The article presents the results of researches on the assessment of the effectiveness of life cycle management of construction projects considering environmental factors, including environmental risk management, using information modeling technologies, and identifies barriers to the implementation of information modeling technologies at the present stage. The application of existing methods for assessing and managing environmental risks in practice within the framework of the implementation of construction projects can often be difficult due to insufficient consideration of both the subjects of management and the specific objects they affect, which necessitates research in this area. At the same time, the formation of a system of measures to minimize environmental risks should include actions to identify and define, minimize or eliminate them at each stage of the project.
