The work is devoted to an urgent problem that is typical for most large cities today – the reconstruction of existing buildings in cramped urban conditions. The main problems that arise during the reconstruction of an object in conditions of dense urban development are considered, such as the nearby location of existing buildings and structures, communications, lack of access routes for construction machinery and mechanisms, high noise levels from construction work, and the analysis of these factors and their impact on the environment and nearby facilities. The expected sound pressure level indicators for the reconstructed assignment of a higher educational institution located in the central part of Rostov-on-Don were calculated and an analytical graph was constructed in the Maple13 software package, assuming that the noise is constant, while the constructed mathematical model can be used more than once when performing work on this facility. The sound pressure for this reconstruction facility was calculated in the Ecologist-Noise software package, using data from the existing situational plan with reference to roads, communications and existing buildings adjacent to the building of a higher educational institution, the type, power, elevation of the noise source (machine or mechanism), as well as existing obstacles for sound transmission (buildings, green spaces, noise-absorbing screens). To solve the problems associated with the reconstruction of the building of a higher educational institution, the solutions summarized in the article are proposed, as well as a set of measures to improve the performance of the reconstructed facility, depending on its purpose.

摘要
