It explores the psychological barriers to digital inclusion, including anxiety, neurodivergence, and digital fatigue. The chapter evaluates HCI frameworks that support mental well-being and proposes design strategies that foster trust, clarity, and emotional safety. It calls for mental health-informed digital environments that empower all users.
