Treatment of HS with Topical Therapy
摘要
Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that significantly impacts patients’ quality of life. Systemic treatments are indicated for moderate-to-severe cases. Additionally, topical therapies play a crucial role in managing mild HS and as adjuncts to systemic therapy. This chapter reviews the mechanisms, efficacy, and clinical applications of topical treatments for HS, including antibiotics, antiseptics, anti-inflammatory agents, hormone receptor blockers, and retinoids.
