Advances in artificial intelligence (AI) and deep learning have significantly improved prostate cancer treatment, particularly in the analysis of medical imaging such as MRI and histopathology. These AI-driven approaches leverage computer vision, convolutional neural networks (CNNs), and machine learning to detect subtle patterns beyond human capabilities, reduce diagnostic errors, and improve personalized treatment plans. This talk explores the latest applications of AI in prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment and highlights its role in improving patient outcomes and clinical workflow. By automating complex tasks, AI enables healthcare professionals to provide more precise and efficient treatment. The challenges, benefits, and future potential of integrating artificial intelligence into routine prostate cancer care are discussed. This communication will first present an overview of AI’s role in prostate cancer diagnostics and treatment. It will then outline key methodologies, highlight clinical applications, and discuss future prospects for enhancing patient outcomes through AI integration.
