Synthetic Urine, Flushing, Detoxifying and Related Agents for Beating Urine Drug Tests: Are They Effective?
摘要
Searching online for ways to beat a drug test yields a wide range of results, most of which promote commercial products claiming to produce negative results on urine drug tests. However, the majority of these products are marketing gimmicks with little to no proven effectiveness. Synthetic urine, while designed to mimic the physical and chemical properties of real urine, can often be detected through simple checks, such as temperature at the time of collection. Additionally, the use of diuretics like hydrochlorothiazide and various so-called detoxifying agents can lead to diluted urine, with creatinine levels falling below acceptable limits. Despite manufacturers’ claims, these detox agents and herbal supplements are largely ineffective at evading detection in urine drug testing.
