The basic idea of the DIGITCRESHE project is to improve the quality of higher education programs for the creative and cultural sector (CCSCultural and creative sectors (CCS)) in the countries of the Western BalkansWestern Balkans. The main goal of the project is for students to be satisfied with the skills they acquire during their studies, and to ensure that the graduates are qualified and more competitive on the labor market, thereby increasing youth employment. In addition, the goal of the project is the implementation of digital transformation that enables the application of active learning methodology and the use of innovative digital educational tools. In order to assess the need for curriculum corrections in higher education institutions that educate staff for the creative and cultural sector, it is necessary to look at the current situation and identify the problems faced by students, academic workers, and professionals in the creative and cultural industry. This analysis, which represents the starting point, is used as a reference item for the next steps of project activities.
