Next-Generation AI-Powered Chatbot with Predictive Analytics and Secure Payment Integration

This research work describes the details of the construction, cycle of development and the steps for implementing formation of the voice assistant, which is being hosted and deployed also on AWS. The Chatbot utilizes Next.js for frontend development and backend development, which also has API with large language Modelling (LLM) for more structured and simpler processing of the natural language (NLP). The ShadCN and Framer Motion technology increases the user engagement and user interface, making sure that the user engagement and interface will be responsive and will give the consumer better and attractive experience. The MongoDB and local storage are being used for the database purpose, which gives an effective database management and makes sure that a smooth engagements and user experience. One of the important key aspects of the chatbot is the capability to understand sentiments that understands the user interaction to make sure that a level of language is used and user experience is also enhanced. It also has analytical control panel examining the customer sentiments, conversational formulas and the chatbot capability. To enhance the usability and credibility in various domains, the chatbot provides security features like user verification, customized personalization and integrated payment methods, permitting the users or consumer to understand the products and also complete the purchases through the chat interface itself. This extended feature which is AI-driven, is also suitable for industries like electronic trade, health, and finance sector, giving more scalable, intelligent, and more efficient scalable AI-powered product for customer support system.
