Nowadays, The Internet contains a huge amount of user-generated data in the form of texts, videos, and images etc. Many consumers or service providers use micro blogging to share their ideas or opinion on various aspects. This research utilizes the twitter big data (tweets) to understand the trends towards Uttar Pradesh tourism. We downloaded total of 220,000 tweets from social media platform (Twitter) because it is huge platform for sharing views and ideas of the tourists. Initially, we applied data pre-processing (delete extra space, URLs, Numeric data, images, etc.) on downloaded data. When tourists get satisfaction from tourism destination then tourists share their ideas, views, and feedbacks about tourism destinations and products on the social media platform. This research examines the tweets to understand the sentiments and theme of discussions of tourists about Uttar-Pradesh tourisms. Our results show that most of the tourists are happy and enjoying their tourism experience. In addition, Indian government, stakeholders and service providers can use our results to enhance Uttar-Pradesh tourism and services for the tourists.
