BNPL, or also referred to as “Buy Now Pay Later” or translated into Indonesian as “Beli Sekarang, Bayar Nanti”, is usually also called “pay later”. In Indonesia, BNPL users are still not widespread because of various obstacles that prevent someone from using the technology, one of which is the lack of facilities to support the use of the technology smoothly and comfortably. One of the factors that influences the use of BNPL among the community is the perception of how useful the application is to solve their problems. To conduct this study, a literature search was conducted on a search engine with a total of 26 journals that can be used as references. To collect data on the relationship between aspects of user experience with BNPL technology, a survey can be carried out by distributing an online google form containing questions from aspects of opinions on the usefulness of technology, opinions on ease of use, social encouragement, supporting facilities, system quality, information quality, service quality, satisfaction, and desire for continued use.
