Development of an Information and Measuring System for Monitoring and Diagnostics of Electromechanical Systems for Technological Processes in Hazardous Industries

Increasing the reliability and predictability of the operation of process equipment in hazardous industries depends on the reliability of the electric drives included in it. Potential damage in the event of an emergency increases many times as the power of the electric drive used increases. Emergency modes carry economic and social risks. Therefore, the tasks of predicting the onset of an emergency situation and the tasks of promptly identifying such modes are relevant in hazardous industries. This article presents the generalized results of the development of an information and measuring system for monitoring and diagnostics of electromechanical systems in hazardous industries. The structure of the system and a generalized algorithm for its operation are presented.
