Algorithm for Generation of Etalons for the System of Automatic Textile Quality Control

The modeling object used in the work was a plain weave fabric, which can lose its ideal structure under the influence of external factors. In this case, it is necessary to model fabric without deformations, fabric subject to deformations, as well as textile defects on its surface. Periodic models based on Fourier series were used to generate reference images. Aperiodic models were used to create models of local material defects using Kotelnikov time functions (wavelets). Distributed models based on the tensor apparatus were used to describe defects distributed over the material. To generate a plain weave fabric standard, the following characteristic features were used: the radius of the threads, which is specified by the article (type) of the fabric and the specified weave density. When modeling, restrictions were adopted on the shape and cross-section of the threads.
