We have initiated a project to create a Realtime AI assistant to advance student assistance across universities. Students can reach this AI-powered assistant for all their continuous inquiries, covering academic and administrative questions. The system functions 24 h a day and provides detailed, immediate assistance that reduces the response time needed for assistance. The real-time personalized solutions delivered by the assistant through Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies improve student experience. The automated support system helps students and newcomers to solve daily questions, enabling academic staff and support teams to dedicate their time to complex work and meaningful interactions. Students will easily access vital information about enrolment processes, courses, and academic policies while obtaining essential platform guidance through this system. The machine learning system will receive training from a chosen information set that matches university policies, academic guidelines, and educational programs. The AI assistant will optimize student satisfaction and staff operational efficiency and establish the university as an AI education technology application industry pioneer.
